These group or one to one soundbath sessions combine deep relaxation inductions with sound vibrations to take you on a vibrational journey of body and mind. The frequency and tones of instruments including gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and chimes help slow down the mind, inducing a deep state of relaxation, enabling the possibility to shift tension and anxiety.
