As human beings the technology of our bodies is awesome, way better than AI! We are self-repairing and have limitless capacity to learn, grow and adapt to our environment and the key to this is resonance: we tune in with what’s around to enable us to function within it.

This is an incredibly useful capacity, but it has its downsides. When we tune in with dysfunctional systems and habits we soon adopt those same dysfunctional patterns, in fact we could say that every experience short of unadulterated Bliss is a dysfunctional pattern, since the true nature of existence is Bliss.

As always, the way out is the way IN, so to change our experience we come back to Resonance. It’s possible to fine-tune our ability to discern where, how and with what we are resonating and once we have that we then choose our future. At this point many possibilities open up as we can literally choose whatever we wish to resonate with - think of teens head-banging to metal thrash - that’s exactly what they’re doing.

If we wish to master Life then we need to learn to resonate with the frequencies of Life, usually experienced as the Elements, whether 4 (western systems) or 5 (eastern). I trained in the Inka Tradition where we identify and come into relationship with the 4 elemental earthbound frequencies and as we harmonise those, it opens the door to connecting with the 5th cosmic or Source frequency. By cultivating our relationship with this Source frequency - which is inherent in each one of us - we open the door to being able to choose how we shape our lives: we generate a field of harmony and connection which manifests through our very presence.

I would love to share these skills and so am opening this series of weekly Play-Dates where I’ll guide you to develop your own powers of resonance, discernment, connection and harmony. The work is based on the Inka Tradition so I’ll also fill in the framework of understanding, cosmology and practice and we may share some of the relevant ceremonies such as the traditional Offering practice or Haywarikwee, or receive the traditional initiation, or Karpay.

Each weekly session will focus on one of the Elemental energies and will include a range of activities including movement, meditation, groupwork and creativity. These weekly sessions will have ongoing support and enquiry through a WhatsApp or Telegram group; each session costs €10 but your first one is free or pay for the full course for only €55!
