About the event
An introduction to sewing 4 week course for adults. 3 adults per class. Each class is 4 hours long.
During this course you will learn the basics of sewing and how to operate a sewing machine.
Each week we will make a different project and learn new skills.
We will be making homeware items such as-
Week 1: A patchwork pillow case or cushion cover
Week 2: Bunting
Week 3: Coasters and or table mats
Week 4: Patchwork poufs
This course is great for total beginners, or for someone who has limited experience.
All materials and equipment is provided. To try and lessen our impact on the planet we will be using rescued fabrics and giving them new life. We have a selection of free fabrics, some for donation and some to purchase. You are also welcome to bring your own.
Price for 4 weeks - €120 euros. Prepayment and pre-booking is required.
