About the event
A pregnancy yoga 6 week course for all pregnant mums in the area. The Yoga will be for all levels, gentle and strengthening at the same time. We will learn different breathing and relaxation techniques that can support you during birth and beyond. Closing every session with a deep relaxation for you & your baby.
