Welcome to Joyful Moves - a space where movement feels good. Monthly on Fridays. 10-11.30h. Starts 1 May.
Nicola is an experienced teacher with 25+ years of working with touch & movement. Some aspects of the session are guided with others being an invitation for free movement.
What to Expect: Warming up and waking up; how do you want to move today? Moving to music ( a mini wave) Structured exploration of single yoga asana Yoga Nidra: rest & relax Reflection / sharing of what we notice or space for silence Time for friendship & tea.
Bring: Mat and Blanket.
